Mineral water

Simple ground water changes into mineral water after exceeding a certain amount of dissolved solid substances and gases.

Mineral water differs from normal ground water by their chemical composition and physical properties.

Drinking mineral water may promote the fast penetration of chemical components into the blood circulation system and hence to the different organs and tissue.

In Japan, in the beginning, mineral water was considered a product for special usage such as for diluting whiskey.

However, it became more popular as a daily drink as companies increasingly entered the new market and competed against each other to develop new products.

In United States, there is no nationally accepted legal definition for mineral water. Since all waters except distilled water contain some dissolved minerals, all American water could technically be called mineral water.
